SECTION 3 – PRODUCT GUARANTEE: LIVE ANT ARRIVAL We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for our ant colonies. If your ants arrive deceased, we will replace them—provided you submit a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process taken from the moment the parcel is opened. This is to ensure fair verification.

Without a video of the unboxing, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. Please ensure the footage is continuous and clearly shows the condition upon arrival.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES Prices and product availability may change without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of any service.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES Some products may only be available online and in limited quantities. We try to display product images and colors accurately but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display is correct. We reserve the right to limit sales or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate account and purchase information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
